Hello! My first batch is ready to be bottled for 2F today, hopefully for some carbonation if I’m lucky! I want to start out with just some plain booch, so I can get a feel for the base that I want before flavoring. I’ve searched a ton on this sub and despite all the wonderful info, I haven’t yet found out how much sugar to add during 2F for unflavored kombucha. What do you guys do? I’m using 16 oz GT bottles.
