"I’m pretty new to kombucha, but having read about the benefits I was keen to try it. I suffer from symptoms of inflammation and prefer non-medicinal approaches. I was warned that the taste of kombucha might put me off, but having tried my first bottle of Ombucha Kombucha I can honestly say that this is a beverage I could happily drink for enjoyment as well as benefits! It has a light fizz to it, tastes not dissimilar to an IPA beer, and the colour and texture is similar too. It has that ‘summer beer in the garden’ feel to it, cool, refreshing and thirst quenching – despite being classed as a non alcoholic beverage! So from a taste point of view it gets a massive thumbs up. Even better, it is a guilt free, healthy option! I can’t yet comment on the full health effect as I have only tried it over two days so far, but I will update this review after a longer period. In those two days I can already say that I feel cleaner, I have also noticed my sugar cravings have reduced to virtually none!”
